Jus Roll pp?

Pastry's a killer on pretty much all diets & healthy eating plans, it's basically fat and flour... the filo sheets aren't too bad, you can divide a sheet into quarters and layer it up, or scrunch it for a pastry pie lid. 3pp ain't a lot really, its no more than a slice of crusty bread :)

True!! I got the Seriously Satisfying cookbook for Easter & hadnt gotten round to reading it yet but dug it out last night & theres a couple of recipes that use it (cheese & onion studel yum)! I think i'll give that a go at the weekend & l'll let you know how it turns out! :)
