I have been on cambridge for the last few weeks (3rd time round) but finding it so hard this time round, nice weather bbq and all that. A few years ago i had lost 3 and a half stone but soon put it back on.
This is why im thinking of given atkins/low carb diet ago.
A few questions.
Can i still have coffee- i do have milk but can i put cream in? hoping to reduce coffee as dont like it black.
Is it double or single cream?
Are burgers and sausages in the plan?
