Just a fly by post - VAT increase details from Exante

I was just talking with Exante about my shake order and they explained to me about the VAT increase.

VAT does not affect shakes or soups thankfully, but if you are ordering bars you need to get your orders in by Monday. For some reason the Exante bars come under a different category as shakes and they are going up in price.

Prior to the VAT increase, did they add extra VAT onto the invoice at the same time as the P&P.
I ordered somed some on 30 December and again on 3 Jan to beat the VAT increase, yet I was charged extra VAT on both. One order was just Soups so shouldn't have been affected by the VAT increase.
