Hi all,
Just thought I'd post a quick introduction. My name is Nicky and I'm 24. I shot up from a size 12 to a size 18 in the space of a year (student food, drink and lack of any exercise other then walking to the pub. No-one to blame but myself really) That was 3 years ago. Then over the other two years I managed to creep up to a size 20.
I'm trying to lose weight on the Slimming World programme although I'm doing it from home at the moment which is a bit tough going.
Having started Slimming World in July, I've lost 12lbs (had lost a stone but slipped a little...oops) and I've dropped a dress size.
My main exercise is walking but I'm going to be adding cycling in the mornings to the regime.
I stumbled across this forum randomly and found that everyone was very supportive of each other which was fantastic. Hopefully I'll be able to get some great tips and be able to pass on some of my own.
