hello! ive rejoined for wot seems the 100th time doing EE and im just checking its ok to snack on things like batchelors pasta n sauce and basically anything thats free on both days. its just it seems an awful lot of food!thanx x
Yes you can do this, anything that's free on red or green is free all day long.
Personally though, I only snack on superfree as I find I eat lots at mealtimes and don't really need the bigger snacks but I've been known to make up a pack of cous cous for supper if I've been really hungry!!

D=sw roasties roast chicken sprouts
SUPPER=spaghetti morrisons free sausages 1/4jar lloyd grossmans chilli sauce(4sins)

Did your sprouts cover 1/3 of your plate? With EE 1/3 of your plate need to be superfree. Assuming 2 slices of wholemeal bread are your HEb, what is your HEa?
In your supper you have NO superfree that I can see.

see this is where im struggling ! have read some threads that say they dont stick to the 1/3 superfree foods while other do!

like i said before strugglingwith the idea that you can eat anything thats free on both plans!im sometimes a lazy cook but when i think of all the food thats free ie pasta n sauce,marshalls macaroni(box)mugshots i cant believe my luck!x:drool:
