just a quick question!

    hello! ive rejoined for wot seems the 100th time doing EE and im just checking its ok to snack on things like batchelors pasta n sauce and basically anything thats free on both days. its just it seems an awful lot of food!thanx x:confused:

    Yes you can do this, anything that's free on red or green is free all day long.

    Personally though, I only snack on superfree as I find I eat lots at mealtimes and don't really need the bigger snacks but I've been known to make up a pack of cous cous for supper if I've been really hungry!!

    B=pasta n sauce(its weird i know)
    L=free homemade minestrone soup 2 slices wholemeal bread
    D=sw roasties roast chicken sprouts
    SUPPER=spaghetti morrisons free sausages 1/4jar lloyd grossmans chilli sauce(4sins)
    sins=wotsits51/2 gravy 1

    Did your sprouts cover 1/3 of your plate? With EE 1/3 of your plate need to be superfree. Assuming 2 slices of wholemeal bread are your HEb, what is your HEa?
    In your supper you have NO superfree that I can see.

    and yes, that is a weird breakfast ;)

    thanx laddiesboy! forgot to mention also had 350ml skimmed throughout the day.
    see this is where im struggling ! have read some threads that say they dont stick to the 1/3 superfree foods while other do!
    (ps yes had about 2million sprouts he he)

    I never do EE, but so far as I know you MUST have 1/3 plate superfree

    I snack on anything thats free on either plan! I love it!

    Edited to add - It is not a must to have 1 third superfree, its just a recommendation. I dont manage it for every single meal, just the majority!

    like i said before strugglingwith the idea that you can eat anything thats free on both plans!im sometimes a lazy cook but when i think of all the food thats free ie pasta n sauce,marshalls macaroni(box)mugshots i cant believe my luck!x:drool:

    Yep it's only recommended that you have a third superfree and it will speed up your weight loss but it's not essential!

    I have done EE for 4 weeks, and I eat a LOT and I have lost 11 lbs, so I am very happy with this plan! I keep thinking I am going to wake up & be told I have done it all wrong!
