Just been to see new CDC , got new books

    190 cod , haddock or other white fish
    250g steamed tofu
    200g quorn
    180g tinned tuna in water, not oil
    125g prawns
    225g low fat cottage cheese
    2 medium eggs
    all uncooked weights
    plus
    two 15ml of any cooked raw veg
    asparagus
    broccoli
    cabbage even pickled
    cauliflower
    celeriac
    chinese leafy greens
    courgette
    cucumber
    fennel
    green salad
    kale
    lettuce
    marrow
    mushroom
    pak choi
    red radishes
    spinach
    turnip tops
    watercress

    well Love the idea of prawns , and eggs

    I'm on SS so don't suppose I will get books till I go up a step.

    You should have the new books ,
    i got two books today , weight plan step 1 sole source , maybe all the consultants don't have them but they should be passing the message on .

    LOL I was thinking that someone may try doing just that , someone new to CD lol saying hey your a life saver writing that list lol lol
