Just binged, help please :(

Finding it ok thanks, made a big batch of chilli using quorn steak last night so got that for dinner tonight just had some fruit n coffee shake :-D day 3 today xxx
 
Down with meal replacements. Up with food.

I fully support all of us that are trying to lose weight. I had been dieting and limiting my food intake for more than thirty years by the time I hit forty. It took me a long time to realise that meal replacements went against nature.

We need food to live. And we need to be satisfied.

Now I just eat healthy food and exercise moderately. I don't weight anything. I don't count calories. I don't calculate fat. And I'm healthy and slim. Slimmer than I was when I was trying different kinds of diets.

Starving our bodies is starving them of nutrients not just calories. If you are eating healthily then you don't need to control your portions or count calories.

If you are going to use meal replacements, I'd at least make my own shakes using organic milk or soya milk and natural ingredients like bananas, strawberries, blueberries. And I'd never replace more than two meals.

I hope you all reach your goals.
