Just booked my appointment!!

Hi, I've just booked my appointment with my local CDC, she can't fit me in until next Wednesday so I was wondering do any of you have any tips on how to make the first few days easier?
Should I start cutting down on my carbs now or does it not make a difference?
I sort of know what to expect as I've tried exante but feel that the support of a CDC will give me the push I need, plus there's nothing like standing on the scales in front of someone every week to motivate you lol.
 
Hi well done on making the first step :) when I start (I'm a re-starter) I do cut my carbs down gradually as I found this did help me from day 1 of starting the plan, wasn't such a shock to the system and I wasn't really craving carbs as I'd already had a few days of that. It might benefit you to try cutting down but everyone is different, I've had 2 consultants who have both suggested doing this too. Good luck :)
