Just curious...

I want the weight off too quickly to add a meal when I dont have to. Going to be painful enough adding one when I do coz I think it will be tough to get back into TS once food is reintroduced.
Hiya,,, isn't it weird how we get scared of eating??? I'm have a bit of a girls night planned in 3wks time and am going to have a bit of chicken and salad then, admittedly am going to have some wine too!! Am wondering how it will affect me, am planning to get straight back on track the next day though! Then no social commitments for another 2 months!!
