well, I've had a meal today with 2 shakes and I feel fab. So much better then pining for food! I'm going to have 2 shakes and 1 meal a day until my next weigh in next Third. I am then going to do a whole week of shakes. Here's hoping I lose some weight this week! So glad I have done it though!:D
 
Tubby, I'm on my first week of refeed and also was overjoyed with eating a meal lastnight. How are you getting on now? Was it not hard to go back on all shakes after eating?
 
No it seriously isn't hard!! I got to my 2 stone off last night in eight weeks and I have been eating anything and everything, not been really strict so....it does work!!
