Been naughty tonight and had a chippy tea. Ooops. Pitta salad with garlic and chilli and 1/3 portion of chips.

Tempted to write the whole day off and have some chocolate now. But I won't!! Lol. Grrrr. Start again tomorrow. X

Good for you to not give in. That will help you in the long run to maintain!

I have always found it helpful to do a clean day then a treat day. Then have a couple clean days then a treat day ect. When we crave anything, it's because we lack something. So having treats is a normal part of your body searching for what it needs.
