I've been researching them this week, finally decided on Slim and Save as it's cheaper and they do a sample pack. The ones I've heard of so far-

Slim and Save
Exante
Cambridge Diet
Lighter Life
All about W8

Then there are a few I've found that do two replacements a day plus a meal-

Slim Fast
Tesco Ultraslim
Biggest Loser
I think Howards Way is in this catagory too

There are probably a lot more! But they are the ones I've looked at.

Tony ferguson....not sure if that's still available though.

I'm on exante and find it's the best as it's cheapest, no aspartame or other nasty stuff, it tastes nice and you can buy it online.

The only one I wouldn't do is slim and save because the site has a badge on it saying themselves that the packs dont provide 100% of your daily vits and mins so you have to take extra supplements.
If I'm doing a TFR I dont expect to need extra things!

I thought that was only for the 3 a day plan on Slim and Save? It has the option of buying vits but I take them anyway. If you do the 4 or 5 a day you get enough nutrition
