Hi all,

Well the forum is certainly very quiet but I thought I'd start a diary anyway :)

Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with spring onion, ham and cheese

Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, leek, cauli, 3 small carrots

Snacks: Chorizo, cheese squares, pickled onions and a few nuts

Not a great start as too much cheese I think but I wasn't going to start until tomorrow and I need to do a food shop after work.

I have a good 3 stone to lose and ideally by the 26th July in time for our holiday. I've already bought a new swimming costume in a size 10 eek (I'm currently a 14)
 
Day 2 went fairly well although I could have eaten a bit less. I'm sure when ketosis kicks in it'll be fine...

Breakfast: Babybel and a salami
Lunch: Hummus and cucumber sticks
Dinner: Chicken stir-fry

Snacks: Pepperami and chorizo, a few peanuts, black coffee, lots of water

30 minute work at 'Curves' gym

After the gym I went to Asda and stocked up on all the atkins friendly foods so no excuses now ;0)
 
Yeah good thanks - managed to get a huge piece of pork in morrisons so it seems that is all I am eating just now lol

I actually prefer eating this way :)
 
Went AWOL for a while there but managed to lose a little bit more. Just back from holiday so no doubt put some back on but I'm back in the zone. Going to have a nosey around the diaries now. I just made the most gorgeous burgers stuffed with cheese, cream cheese and chillies and was fab nom nom
