Just made a chocolate moose ofr the 1st

Im a bit stuck with the mousse i made it with 50ml of water and wasnt a mousse form just a thicker liquid, guess i need to make it with less water. it tasted like a cake mix but added hot water and made it into a yummy hot chocolate :)

There is a long post on here somewhere called Receipes I think that tells you how make muffins, crisps etc but be careful when "cooking" the shakes in the microwave as not only are you destroying some of the nutrients but the end result is often very very salty - even the muffins or supposedly sweet treats.
