Just need some help..

Hi, me again. I did say in an earlier post that I am sailing through but expect problems at some point - well, we are at some point...

Here's the deal: Had a big problem with my tummy last week, cramps, vomitting and the lot.. (thanks for all the advise on that, really helped..)

Now, since then, whenever I just think of a shake (even my favourite) I feel sick and don't really want to have it. I have lost 3 1/2 stone and another 51/2 to go so I don't want to give up at any cost.

Is there anything you lovely people can think of to make me like my shakes again?

Flavour doesn't matter by the way, my body just doesn't seem to want them....

I am hanging in there but it's even harder if you don't like the "food" you can eat..

Its hard because your mind makes a mental association between the shakes and the problems you encountered. Have you tried switching to soups at all? The only thing I can suggest is try not to think about, and just battle through. Maybe make some shakes up as warm shakes, they taste different then.

You can do it!

Just tried to make a poppadom, smells lovely bu how the heck do I get it off the plate (had no greaseproof paper..)?

And again I have to say it, this place is great. Thank god for MINIMINS...:talk017:

try having the bars or maybe the tetra shakes as thats what i used to have x
Yeah, will do because the bars are the easiest for me. Tetra packs most of the time. Sometimes I can't take even them.

Thanks again for all the tips, I'm sure with all you lovely people helping I will make it through this rough patch in no time...
