Just ordered Exante

Hi everyone,

I have just ordered my Exante shakes and soups. Looking forward to being thing again, having done Cambridge a few years ago, I put the weight back on, but have just also turned 40 so enough is enough. I have the added incentive of a trip to New York in Six months time so hoping to be within a healthy weight range by then!

When I have done Cambridge before I cheated once the weight fell off with low carb food or meat, but this time I am determined. I found total solution diets a good way of totally detoxing too, so looking forward to feeling healthier!!

Hi. I've just ordered the bumper pack. Slightly scared but looking forward to losing the weight. Hoping to get some support from here. I have 5st to lose but am feeling so motivated! Just started the 30 day shred today and felt very sick but will stick with it!
