    Hi all, new here and just ordered my first lot of slim and save, and been reading your post's for a few days now, and would like to say well done to you all and I hope to have the same will power as you all.

    Cant wait to start, have decided to cut out carbs till the order comes.. does anyone know if this is a good idea?

    Any help or tips would be great...:eek:

    Hi Hun, sure if you drop carbs you get in ketosis quicker and will be easier to follow! Good luck and keep us posted how your getting on :)

    Its what I did last week (especially in the eve) and quite a bit of swimming. I lost 6lbs last week and started slim and save yesterday. GO for it!!! And train yourself this week!!

    Keeping a food diary this week may also help! And get that water down you.

    Yes, definitely cut down on the carbs before you start. If you follow a low carb diet you could get into ketosis before you start which will make the first few days so much easier. Not that I followed my own advice as I had a carb laden 'last supper' before I started :D. Good luck!

    Hi all, Hows your week going?

    My first day for me so I thought I would come and tell you all about it..

    Did monday and tuesday low carbing under 30grams

    And started the ss plan today, not to bad had the cafe mocha shake for bekkie .

    I cut up the bar and had it though out the day ( is that ok? )

    Cottage pie for dinner - reminded me off mash pots from tesco

    So far so good - By the scales im 3 pound lighter Any one else get the same result within 3 days?


    also what are the soups like?
