Hi everyone. Just ordered a week's supply of Exante and looking at starting on the Total Solutions programme as soon as I receive the packs. Feeling very nervous but also feel this is the right time to do something and lose the weight that stops me from living my life like I want to!!!! Look forward to hearing from you - love this forum as everyone's so supportive of each other - just what I need!!! shaba x x
