Hi there I'm new too. This is my first week and I'm doing it with the magazines as cant find a convenient class. Think I may get an online membership to get the pots and books.

I'm doing a food diary on the food diary page.

Hoping to lose 3 or 4 stone for my wedding next September.

Hi there

I just saw your post, and thinking of joining RC on line, as there isnt a class near me. I wanted to ask how the on line program is going, do you like it ? can you swap ingredients in the meals quite easily, I saw the example meals and some things I'd like to swap, is it easy to follow? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
