Just started :)

Hiya im Danielle, 21 and a mum to Kaitlyn who is now 4months :)
I really want to lose my baby weight an everyone keeps telling me it will take years an that it will never happen but im determined!!!!

I started yesterday (sat 23rd jan) and i had:-
B- Celeb Slim Snack Bar - didnt realise it wasnt a meal replacement bar
S- One stick of celery
L- Celeb Slim Choc Shake
S- One stick of celery with spring onion dip
D-Chicken Breast with lettuce, cucumber, grated carrots, pepper.
S- Blueberries & Strawberries - 1/2 cup

2.25ltr water nothin else

Today -
B- Celeb Slim Caramel Shake
S- celeb slim snack bar
L- celeb slim strawberry shake
s- celery
d- chicken n salad
s - 3 strawberries

1.75ltr water - an still drinking :) x x

thats good hun you seem to be going the right way, but i noticed that you said you were hungry, don't go hungry as it will make you less determined to stick to the diet
Hiya - not too hungary was just gettin used to not havin crisp an a snickers!!!

Today i had:-
B- Vanilla Shake
S- CS snack bar
L- Choc Mint Shake
S- 2 sticks of celery
D- chicken with lots of salad :)
S- berries n natural yogurt

is it a problem if i drink too little water? im finding that the hardest x x
yes it a big prob huni, due to the fact you body is breakin down fat this releases chemicals which the water flushes out. if not flushed out you can beccome ill

it also affects the liver
Day 4:-

B- CS Shake - Choc Mint
S- 30g nuts
L- CS Meal Replacement Bar
S- 2 sticks of celery
D- Chicken with lots of salad
S- Berries - no natural yogurt - its yack :(

Have any of you found tht the meal replacement bars giv u a sugar rush? I wont be havin them agen lol x x
the meal bars also have TWICE the fat of shakes and soups, that shocked me. i'm having beef soup as i type i love it
oooo i not tried me soups yet - i nt very soupy!!
And i had banana shake this mornin - delissssssh!!! loved it lol :)
and i only had a shake so far i guna hav a snack of tuna lettuce an pepper :) x x x
weight watchers do tun with dressing in 85g tins, brill with lettuce pepper and red onion
Ok today (day 5) and still not swayed :)

B- Banana Shake
S- 80g Tuna with loads of lettuce and pepper an celery
L- Nothing
S- Sugar Free Jelly with 8 blueberries
D- Cajun Chicken with pepper and onion
S- not had yet :) x x


K's Mummy, have you tried herbal tea? If you check (most are carb/calorie free) you can have them, when I'm cold I drink them, it warms you up, tastes quite nice & you're getting your water in.
