hey there joolesforeva! :D just go with what you know and do whichever type suits you best. my maintip, if you're ever self-doubting or need an extra push, come on here first before eating the synful food. :D works wonders for me. ;)

Keeping a food diary I think really helps to see where you are going right one week and wrong another. Also look up the lower syn foods to snack on when you are feeling peckish and keep loads of fruit and veg in stock. Drinking enough water is also important! Good luck!

I started the Slimming World EE plan today! I've not done it before, but hoping to see some good results!

Plan and enjoy varied and interesting meals.

Check "treats" syns BEFORE you eat them. Always easier that way
