Just stepped on the scales

when I did my first week on ww I lost 6lb but then it slowed right down to 1-2lb a week -if that x
 
I was the same whenever I did WW - a good 5-7lbs the first week then an average of 1-2 after. If I really focussed on getting a good 45 minutes of fast paced walking in daily then I would be able to be certain of 2lbs (as long as I didn't cheat or drink alcohol).
 
yeah the only way I ever got 2lb was when I was super duper good and never cheated once - But I always cheated lol :D
 
i think you have found a diet you love - long may it continue little manth x
