Hi

I've been on xenical for a month and an half. I had a few tango moments at the start but for the most part it has been fine. I had a bad weekend just gone and suffered for it on Monday and Tuesday in work (i'm just glad i had that spare pair of undies and trousers under me desk).

My doc is pleased in how things are going. Didn't lose anything in the first 2 weeks but since then i've lost 10lbs.

I think i'm becoming a bit addicted to this website since i discovered it yesterday. I'm enjoying reading other peoples stories and how they have suceeded. I don't feel as alone as i did for the last few weeks, i haven't really told anybody that i'm taking xenical.

I have to go now its time to do my exercise bike but i'm sure i'll be back in a while:)

Welcome!

Well done on your 10lb loss. It does take a few weeks to settle down in to the routine of xenical, thats why i joined a slimiming group to help provide support with the low fat meal planning and just having people around you that are in the same boat. This forum is fab and the guys here are so supportive and do often give you the boost you need at times.

Good to meet you and glad your Dr's pleased with your progress - always nice to get a bit of praise from them!
