I know! Cinnamon can help with joint pain too besides being so delicious to add to yogurt.:)

I want you to know a bit more......I found that the Spice Islands Saigon Cinnamon which is hard to find here in my area is so fragrant and sweet! I am having really good luck using just one teaspoon over the course of a day in various things. I use it in my tea, yogurt and even sprinkle it by itself on toast. It seems to take away some of the urge to nibble also. Yes! nom nom nom Green Eyed Monster!! Thanks for the suggestion to use it in the chocolate beverage.
