On an extra easy does every meal *have* to have both red and green components? If say for lunch I have grilled salmon and salad can that be an extra easy meal or do I have to have some potatoes or other starches? I was just wondering about this and thought if I have toast for breakfast, salmon and salad for lunch and roast chicken for dinner is that an extra easy day or a red day? LOL!

no,my understanding is that if its fee on green or red you can eat in any combination,so if you want an 'all green' meal you can-i think it makes the day ee by only having 1 Hexa or 1hexb

The beauty of EE is that it's what it says on the tin!As long as you have just 1 HEA andHEB then you can just please yourself. Great isn't it? Just make sure that you eat enough, cutting back will slow your losses. Well done on your loss so far.
