On an extra easy does every meal *have* to have both red and green components? If say for lunch I have grilled salmon and salad can that be an extra easy meal or do I have to have some potatoes or other starches? I was just wondering about this and thought if I have toast for breakfast, salmon and salad for lunch and roast chicken for dinner is that an extra easy day or a red day? LOL!
