I don't like feeling rough the next day:(
Now I remember why I don't drink 14% stuff normally!

Morning Katie, I love you and i want to come and live with you, wine and twickers, that's paradise :)

Someone needs to teach me' the ways of shopping, or at least having the confidence to wear clothes I buy. I have a size 16 love label dress but can't force myself to wear it - have been in the same uniform of jeans and 4 different colored, same style primark jumpers since November. Funny thing is I'd never worn jeans in my life before September last year.

If some of your 'frankenfoods' do slip in, do tell us what they're like. Once I'm owling or maintaining I'd like to try them - I think I'm off real bread for life. Had toast yesterday as couldn't face much and am so bloated.

Morning Rose - we have a shopping date then :) I did do a taste test of the pittas yesterday - mmmmm - yummy!

You and me both hun - very excited about having a roast beef, cheese and salad wrap tomorrow :)

Forgot to say, I wandered through Canary Wharf tonight after my meeting and saw a ginormous Marmite money tin thing - Clintons, I think? Anyway, thought of you :)

Haha - I will forever be a marmite baby :D

Not jealous at all lol. ;)
Local wine tasting group - highly recommended way of tasting lots of wine that I couldn't otherwise afford!

Morning Katie, I love you and i want to come and live with you, wine and twickers, that's paradise :)
Well - life isn't soo bad I must admit;)

Lovely sunny morning here - and not going in to office today which is always more relaxing. I am going up to town with DH for lunch by the river and then meeting someone in the city later. I love the summer :character00180:

Evening all:)
Had a lovely day and enjoyed the sun. Topped off by seeing DDs teacher who said she was doing well and learning loads so we dont have to worry about anything (phew!) :D

Tomorrow is a planned carb day - DH and I have been pretty legal since 5th feb and I have been invited out to afternoon tea in london. Since this is a way of life, have decided to relax and enjoy but stay as low as poss before and after. Aiming for one scone plus cream but will have to see what's on offer. DH happy as he is planning a treat too; so may only be a sts this week especially with all the wine too;)

Catch up on diary:
Tues
B bacon and eggs
L Flax bread, mackeral dip, celery
D joseph pitta with grilled peppers and courgettes plus cheese. One spicy meatball (of unknown content!), one small chicken skewer. (I DIDNT eat - french bread, pitta and homous, sausage and bean casserole!!!!!!)
S pepperami, pork crackling
W lots

Morning:)

DH is dancing around the house calling it "bun day"! Methinks he has been feeling deprived:D

Morning Katie, LOL Bun day, I hope you guys don't have a carb crash though

Now then bun girl - how did it go? Was it as gorgeous as you expected? :D

OMG - ended up being taken to the OXO tower - they dont do normal tea but only "not afternoon tea" so choice of 4 dessert selections plus cocktails. Went for the chocolate indulgence (4 mini choccie puds) - tasted fantastic but couldn't eat it all! Also had a mocktail so did something sensible.

Now water, water, water and 2 hours dancing to burn it off!
see you later:)

OXO Tower? what's that then Katie :)

Evening wonderful people - what a beautiful day it has been:) i gave up working after lunch and wandered up to the specialist dance shop in centre of london to buy some new shoes (another pair!). Off out to latin/ballroom tonight with DH so will get to test pair 1 out :)

Seem to have recovered from yesterday - woke about 5 hungry which was no doubt due to the chocolate but no other bad side effects (excluding wi monday!).

Jim the oxo tower is london landmark on southbank next to blackfriers bridge which was originally oxo hq - now has restaurant and brasserie at the top with fantastic views of london and rather overpriced food! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OXO_Tower)

So catching up on food diary for thursday:
B bacon and eggs
L huge roast chicken breast and teeny salad (canteen at royal festival hall - yummy!)
T chocolate and fruit mocktail
D noodle bake
S mini pepperami

W oh yes- needed to wash those naughty carbs out
E 2 hours dancing to exercise those naughty carbs out
A no - didn't dare!
