Morning all
Another early morning for me it's great. I prefer it so much to working nightshift. Yesterday at my course I really enjoyed it it was so refreshing to be learning again and it was so interesting.
I am glad I went and am so proud of myself.

Sitting here eating my oatmeal now ! Mmmm.

I am still enjoying slim and save and am glad I am doing good.

How is everything else doing ??

Weigh in today!


I am doing great or was now my mind is playing tricks on me behaving badly thinking of naughty food! I won't do it tho. Got to stay focused on slim and save. I call it the three week blues ! I seem to get this way. But am gonna try stay focused am still enjoying my slim and save products lots. Busy weekend this week so should help well anyway I will stop going on here is my


current weight 11 stone 11 lbs from 17 stone from end of June 2012

Want to keep going this month now finish all my products. I have also got a week of lipotrim refeed product for refeed week.

Hopefully I can crack the 11 lbs by 2 nd feb?? Who knows. Then I will see how I look and feel. Ideally I wanted to get to 10 stone but we will see. I might stop at 11 stone get into my 14s nicely and then gym and swimming toning up an continuing being good with the right food choices. Hope everyone is well ;) X

Kate that is amazing! Well done x You should be very proud of yourself. I think if you keep up with these positive vibes and will power then you'll defo crack those 11lbs by Feb :)
 
pah! wasn't so good but I'm getting better :) caved in to mental hunger on Friday (ate without thinking really) it wasn't that bad (scrambled egg and bacon) but then it just kind of snowballed..... crisps, toast, bread and butter, takeaway pizza, garlic bread, humous and pitta bread, and a huge roast dinner on sunday followed but birthday cake! I managed to resist opening a bottle of wine as I would have drunk all of it.

Yesterday I had a nearly 100% on plan day but snuck a few pieces of chicken and bacon in tomato sauce (it was the kids dinner over pasta!) but today I've been completely 100% Yay me!

That's what I am going through at the minute it's all in my head trying to keep positive. It's hard. Not hungry at all just in my head. I would kill for all u ate ! Lol! Just got to keep focused now. So hard. :(

It is hard, but so worth it :) power through it. I wish I had :-( I actually felt crappy after eating it all and am looking forward to getting back to the calm feeling of day 5 :)

I have cheated before its nice when ur doing it an then after feel really bad ! Just want to stay 100%!
We can do it.
Got a busy day today and Friday and Saturday. Doing my course so that should keep me focused now. Can't wait to go !

Ah bless. I am trying to stay positive too. Not hungry but my minds being naughty ! Def want to keep going now so determined.

Hi :)
I have finished my course now :(
We finished up today just in case of bad snow setting tonight. Am sad. Really enjoyed it. It was so refreshing to be learning something new. Meeting new people. Now I have to wait and get a call next week to arrange the next step. Accreditation.

Then If I pass I will be a fully trained volunteer for victim support. Cannot wait am nervous tho.
Then I will be supporting victims of crimes

I am glad I done it. Was so scared in the beginning. But my new way of thinking is positive and pushing myself out of my comfort zone!!! ;)
Going to have one of my packs now.
I am loving the tomatoe soup at present only have two more :( all the other ones I love are gone ! :(

Never mind have to eat the others now. Loving the bars also. They are so handy and easy.
No snow here at present. Only light snowing then stopping.

How is everyone doing ?

My fiancé is on lipotrim again now on his second week. But has a really upset stomach and can't stomach the shakes. Worried about him. Don't think it is agreeing with him now. Any advice greatly appreciated ??

Official weigh in this morning and I am now 11 stone 8 lbs !!!! :)

Nearly 6 stone gone!!!

This morning I have been doing my kinect fitness game and burnt 251 calories!!

All good!!
