Hello everyone

I have been quite naughty lately not updating my diary. Will weigh in today and update later !
I am still going strong on slim and save and loving it still. Making my future plans for when I come off the diet.

I have got my gym induction on Thursday. Then I will make up my mind hopefully if I will join! It's a leisure centre so has everything. Swimming and classes. Will be going with my fiancé to do this and my big brother. As he already goes there.

I have been doing walking quite bit lately.

I have bought two DVDs. Fitness ones I still need to try.

I have been writing down different types of healthy foods I am gonna have. Meals and so on.

I have bought a cookbook and a calorie book.

I am thinking on reading a diet book soon also.

Have got a few samples of ones on my kindle fire.

So am thinking long and hard about my future.

Update :)

Weighing in at 10 stone 11 lbs.
So only 11 more lbs to go till target weight !
Cannot believe. I never ever thought I would come this far. Never!!!
I really can't remember being this size maybe when I was in my teens!
It's mad!
So happy ! ;)

Morning ;)

Well I am nearly there now! Cannot believe it.
Not long and I will be 10 stone !

Update. I went for gym induction yesterday and enjoyed it so seriously considering joining it now.

I went swimming this morning for the first time in years. I done 15 lengths of pool. Was good.

So I was thinking do swimming once a week and gym 3 to 4 maybe need to make my plan!

Planning my food etc. also read a diet book the other day the 5:2 diet book was good and am gonna read the beck diet book also soon. Love reading!

Feeling more positive.

Alot of comments from people on how good I look etc and it's lovely but u know what is funny I still feel fat sometimes ! Even tough I am in the 10 stone something bracket now and a healthy BMI now I think. It's mad. A size 12 -14 from a 20-24 !! From 17 stone nearly a 7 stone loss. I don't know it's my mad mind!

I cannot believe I am nearly at the end. I never thought this could happen to me an I would change so much. ;)

I am a different person !

I am gonna do refeed properly and to the book as well can't wait. Xxx

Afternoon

Well update I have come off slim and save just for weekend but will be back on it Sunday/Monday. Then get the last little bit off. Then refeed ! Then maintaining.

I have joined the gym think I have already said that not too sure my memory !

Well went this morning and had my personal plan done was very good. The girl was lovely and done that for a hour with her and then half hour on my own. Was brill. Getting well into it. Then I done walking also to and from gym so all good.

Going out for lunch for Mother's Day with mum and brother. As we both work Sunday she is having hers today instead. She said she don't mind bless her.

So then back on it.

Gym girl called me small. ! Mad I don't feel that way at at all!! X so nice ! X
 
Refeed starts today! So scared! Going to follow it to the book tho. I am near my target now. Only a couple of pounds to lose but with doing gym etc ad eating better I should do it and maintain hopefully. Fingers crossed ! ;)

Have done gym 4 times a week for a bout a hour or more a time

Body Combat Class - one hour

Legs,Bums & Tums Class - one hour

Swimming - one hour

Still need to do spinning class was cancelled on Sunday.

Enjoying it alot. Xx

That's amazing Hun! I can't live without the gym and I hope going on a vlcd won't affect my energy levels
