Kate's Weight Lose Journey....Its a marathon, not a sprint!

Hi everyone,

I have been doing SW for 4 weeks now, and am disappointed to say that I have only lost 3lb, despite following the EE plan. So, today, I have started this food diary to see whether people will be able to support me and check that what I am eating is right!

I have decided to follow Red and Green, as after 4 weeks, I dont think EE is working for me. I also believe that maybe my 'implant' is also preventing me from losing weight.

So here we go...day 1, starting again!!! LETS DO THIS FOR THE LAST TIME!!!

Day 1 - Red Day

B - 2 x weetabix & semi-skimmed milk (HEA & B)
L - 3 x cumberland low fat sausages (3syns), bacon (fat removed), 2 poached eggs. Mullerlight yog. Melon
T - Pepsi chicken (didnt have coke!),veg

Drinks so far - 3 pints of water

Day 2 - Red Day

B - Weetabix and Milk (HEA&B)
L - Ham sandwich (HEB), low fat salad cream (2syns), 3 x light babybel (HEA), cherries, grapes, Muller yog
T - Gammon, carrots, swede, cabbage, 2 x eggs, cornetto (9syns)

Drinks - 3 pints of water

Day 3 - Red....again! 2 days til weigh in!

B - Weetabix & Milk (HEA&B), muller yog
L - Bacon, 3 x cumberland sausages (3syns), 2 x eggs, 3 x light babybel (HEA), quavers (4.5syns) muller yog
T - ???
Sx - grapes

Drinks - 2 pints of water
