I'm ok thanks. Had my brekie and decided it's too cold and miserable so I am lying back in bed lol. How's you today Hun? Having a good weekend?
 
Hi hun ! I am ok thanks... I am probs gonna hop bk into bed and put on the tv ... feeling a bit hungover lol

I wanted to go out on my bike today but its raining too hard :( just put my lunch in the oven

Roasted potato, butternut squash, carrots, mushroom and onion in 2 tsp flora cuisine - 6 pp

Also had a curly wurly and 3 ginger biscuits - 6 pp

Oh Carly I used 7 pp of my weeklies last night on a White magnum whilst watching a film yum yum :)) well worth it xx

Is there something u can do instead of bike? Xx
 
I can't get ww stuff easily where I am. I am going to Bristol tomorrow so will pop in asda :)

I have a cross trainer which I can't stand . I'm thinking of having a day of rest as I feel a bit off today x

hi Katie I find it hard to get ww stuff too Asda over her in ireland only stocks a minimal amount just wish we could order on line hope all is well x
 
My husband finished work at 11pm and we went to a 24hr asda which is about 22miles away. Managed to get lots of ww goodies :))) didn't manage bread will have to check local shop. Asda has alot of the ww stuff reduced or on multibuy offers. Will record my food later xx

I got all these ww branded - sauces korma, tikka masala and sweet and sour, I got raspberry and White chocolate biscuits, nan bread, yogurt, cream, honey and oats biscuits, chocolate cones, strawberry cones, caramel sundaes, malt loaf (new one on me) and don't forget the pizza :)) vegetable supreme

I lost 0.5lb this week... I will track all my foods from tomorrow as I dont know what I am doing wrong x
 
don't worry Katie it's better off than on this week will be better I'm sure x
 
I keep telling myself that 0.5lb off is better than 2lb on which is what I was doing before lol x
