Hey all!!!
I have joined this as a bit more of a kick up the arse to reach goal!!!!! I have been dieting most of my 25 years of life and am dying not to feel guilty for having a big fat dominoes!!!! I am currently doing WW and have a daily allowence of 34pp!! I will do a food diary daily as this will (hopefully) keep me on track
I will start with yesterday's diet-
Breakfast- Porrige and bannana- 6pp
Lunch- WW Tomatoe Soup- 2pp
2 x ww bread- 2pp
Ham- 1pp
Pineapple- opp
Tea- WW chicken Lasgne ready meal- 8pp
Salad and salad cream- 2pp
Snacks- Lolly and sweets- 4pp
Coffee and milk- 1pp
Apple and Strawberries- 0pp
