Ive decided to track my food here instead so that its alot easier for me to looks back on and update. Im still keeping my normal diary too and thats where i will post any recipes....
Today has been a horrific day of eating due to having horrible pain in my stomach that is only eased by eating. Doctors for me tomorrow if its not gone by the morning, i hope its just a bug or something innocent like eaten something funny, either way im going to get it sorted tomorrow as cant go on feeling or eating like this....
Its all just crap and snacks really but got to take account for it so here goes....
cornflakes with milk -2.5
banana- 1.5
go ahead cake bar -2
caramel snack jacks -1.5
ww cookies-1.5
celeriac dauphinoise -1.5
5 pieces bbq chicken -1.5
chocolate k bites -1.5
2 x ww icecream pot -3
bites of things -1
2 mr.kipling de-light-full apple slices -2
2 nible -1
tuna -1
salad -0
shapers crisps -1
areo mouse -2
cherries -0.5
2 meringue nest-1
4 nimble -2
light soft cheese -2.5
Over by 11.5, poop.
There is no way i can make up for that over the next 3 days with the few i was already over so i will do my best to have low points for the next 3 days and then just have next week as a new start. My not having anything "diet" low sugar =with aspartame, starts tomorrow hopefully that will make me feel better as ive had alot of it over the past few days and i think its whats made me ill.
