Food for today:


Breakfast: 1 clean wholewheat pancake with banana and drizzle of honey

Lunch: tgi's burger (without bun) 1/2 chips
1x strawberry brothers cider

Dinner: grilled chicken and rocket

Snack: skinny latte

Exercise:
shred 2/30
3 hours walking

Had my eyebrows re-touched for semi perm make up! In lurrrve

Food diary:

breakfast: 2x turkey bacon and scrambled egg whites with a tea.

lunch: peppered steak, cabbage, swede, carrot and onion

dinner: to be updated- a salad of some kind

Snack: frozen strawberries (6)

5 pints of water so far- with lemon.

Have lots of salad stuff to use so no doubt a salad today!

Clearing out more **** in my room- didn't realise how much of a hoarder i was! It should burn a few calories though lol

Didnt end up having any dinner, wasn't hungry! I am now though... Itd be 7pm in mexico now. Still suffering with jetlag!

Going food shopping today then a busy day with haircut, pedicure, booking appts and sorting start date for new job x

Snack: green tea

Lunch: nandos grille butterfly chicken (skin removed) with side salad and corn in cob

Dinner: again probably a salad of some kind.

Still to do my food shop, been clothes shopping for my birthday- getting some last bits for ibiza xx

Add 3 hours walking to today, not had dinner yet.. Unsure what to have and really not hungry at all :( but i keep getting hungry early hrs of morning when i cant sleep.

Out walking dog then home to do 30 day shred x
