Hi

I have been doing SW for about a year now and have lost just over a stone and half, but have been really struggling since Xmas to lose anything really. I am going to start posting my food diaries and really would appreciate any comments that could help me.

Food for today (EE)

B - Bacon omelette with mushrooms, springonions and cheese (1/2 HEA)
D - syn free bacon quiche with wedges & salad
S - 2 x banana & no added sugar squash, mullerlight, summer berries, tofu
HEA - 1/2 milk & 1/2 cheese
HEB - 28g porridge with 1 scan bran
SYNS - 4 tspn options hot chocolate (4), 2 175ml red wine (12)
Total syns (16)

Went for a 30 minute run also.

If you could please provide any comments about my food diary.

Hi Kaz. There doesn't seem anything wrong with your food diary but you don't look like you have much to lose!!! You have probably plateaued sp??? to about what your weight should be on average for your height. It will just get a lot slower now so don't be fed up. You are in the healthy weight range. Just need to concentrate on maintaining and anything that comes off now is a bonus. Maintaining is hard enough I can tell you as I have never managed to do it for more than a few months. I am hoping this time will be different. If you really get in a rut - maybe try some of the different plans - red, green, mix2max for variety. Congrats on your weight loss up to now hun. xx
