Hiya All ... I am Karen 46 and live in the garden of England .. to date have lost 48lbs .. gone from a 24/22 to a 16/18 so far and am feeling great .. But I have reached a Plato (sp?).. I need to lose at least another two stone … I found your website and am looking forward to reading all your stories, and get movitvated again .. I am especially interested in GI Diets ..
