For some reason I cant stop snacking today!!! :sigh: really craving junk food - first time really since I started dieting 2 months ago. Just need to vent and make an online promise to myself that tomorrow I will start a fresh!!!! Starting to lose motivation and need to find some to start being positive again!!

I think we all have days like this, as long as you start afresh tomorrow your be fine. Its just a case of getting yourself back on track.
You can do this, you have done great so far. Well done

I find that when I have days like this I try to at least minimise the damage by snacking on less naughty things (I'm not gonna suggest fruit and carrot sticks coz I totally understand the need is for junk) like oaty bars 67kcal (and yummy if you've not tried them), lower cal crisps like quavers and french fries, and even the slightly better choccy options af two finger kitkats 107kcal, and galaxy caramels (my fave anyway) 116 kcal. Okay, I know it all still adds up but not half as quickly as Mars bars and McCoys.

Thanks for your comments. I have gone for healthier snacks - cereal, crackers with cheese spread, weightwatchers bread - just lots more than normal. Find it so much harder when i'm at home all day - during the working day i have no time to eat much and so dont miss it!! Off to the gym followed by aquafit tomorrow and had a half hour bike ride today so hopefully that will help. Tired and stressed with work which is probably why i'm finding it harder.
