Well done on keeping up with the daily exercise.

I did aim to to 12k steps a day but I think I will stick at around the 8 or 9k mark and keep the calories down to around 800, the weight has certainly come off well this week so happy with that.

I'm looking at it as it's only 8 weeks against looking at how long we have have left to 'stay' in.
8 weeks is nothing compared to the months left until Spring when things should be back to normal. :)

Well yesterday was a lazy day! Planned to go out at night after a really really busy day at work but it was pouring with rain.

Oh well, as long as I don't make a habit of that it will be fine.
