Keeping on the plan help please

OK, I need to post my food diary on here each day to keep me motivated and on the plan. If I post a daily diary under the sub heading Food Diaries will someone point out if I'm not doing something properly or not having enough food etc? or should I post under the main folder?

I'm doing this on my own from my old sw books so need all your help.
