Total Solution Keeping track of your water intake......

Hi everyone
Just thought I'd share, I've got an awesome app n my phone that helps u keep track of how much water your drinking.
It recommends 8 glasses a day, so when you've drank a glass u can tick it off. I'm using a 500ml bottle, and ticking one off when I have drank one. It also reminds u to drink a glass, so you don't drink too much at once.
I have a terrible memory, so this has come in really handy for me. Also, my total daily water is 4 litres, whch I think is plenty and safe. Drinking too much can be quite dangerous, and this worried me quite a lot when I first started, and think this is why I didn't drink enough.
I'm on Android and just searched water in the app store, so I'm sure most phones will have them.

Yeah, the one I got was, there is loads. I've found it really helpful, like I said, struggled with drinking so much last time,but I know that's the key, so the app is really good :)
 
I use one called waterlogged on my iPhone
It's been invaluable and had a reminder too , and it's free !
