Hiya,

Does anyone know the syn value for a Kellogs cocopop coco rocks cereal bar? Im stuck at work at the moment, can only look on certain sites, and this shiny blue packet is staring up at me!

managed to look it up in the end.
Just had 1 bite and its not really worth the 4 syns to eat the rest of it - but if you like toffee crisps then it kinda tastes a bit like that - very good for a choc fix! xx
