Right so I think I am going to start a diary so I have a place where I can look back at what I have eaten over the week & keep track. Any advice would be more than welcome, I have only been doing SW for just over a week so I am quite new to the plans! 
Yesterday:
Breakfast:
1 small banana
1 orange
1 muller light
Lunch
1 jacket potato
Heinz smokey BBQ beans
3 light babybels (HEX A)
Dinner
70g chicken (HEX B)
Stir fry veg
Sweet Chilli Sauce (4-5 syns)
Snacks:
Low fat cottage cheese w/ pineapple (1 syn)
4 crackerbreads (part of HEX B)
