Hello all, not been on here recently and I need a major kick up the bum! Been over-eating and now that I've recently gotten into a new relationship, I'm worried my weight will just creep up and up... Bit of background info: I'm 24, I have PCOS and I lose weight very slowly, which is annoying. Joined WW August 2013 weighing in at 16 stone 5 and a half pounds. Current weight: 15 st 1lbs (couple of weeks ago I weighed in at 14st 13 and I was chuffed - now seems to have been a fluke) On pro points as it's where I feel comfortable, not really done f&h or simple start... Have a habit of forgetting to input what I've eaten onto my app. I am going to post again tomorrow with my food diary; anyone welcome to subscribe n give me that kick up the bum that I need lol!!
