Day 10 today. Got up late for work but never mind. Everyday I have been waking early for some reason. Last night I forgot to set alarm and I go and oversleep. Must have all caught up with me. Only half hour late.
Anyway diet wise- well it's unbelievably good. Not missing food at all. To be honest, I'd stuffed that much down before starting this, hence the weight gain that I was fed up with food and I'm glad of the relief of not having to cook, prepare meals, go shopping etc. I met my daughter for lunch yesterday in works canteen. She had a plate of my old favs (pie & dauphinoise pots) and I wasn't even tempted. The thought of food revolts me in fact at the moment. I had a choc shake. I hope I feel like this for another month at least. Doubt it'll last.
I went with hubby to watch footy too last night. We're season ticket holders and it's usual for us to have a pint before the match. I had a black coffee. Everyone was asking what I was drinking and why? Lol. I said I'm detoxing for December and Xmas parties so I won't be drinking at weekend either.
