i know that every sin or half a sin counts! so just want you all to be aware that heinz ketchup is 1 sin per tbsp...

...however heinz reduced salt and sugar ketchup and asda own brand ketchup is only 0.5 sins per tbsp.

yay! i, realistically, use 4 tbsp when i have burgers, chips and (not fried)fry-ups.

I'm not a ketchup person but you are absolutely right, these are the Syns we tend to ignore or forget. Great thread
