Not done add a meal yet, but if staying in ketosis concerns you then best bet would to try some atkins style meals maybe? or just avoid the carbs, stick to lean meat and fish and non starchy veggies or salad. If you have ketostix then you can easily keep an eye on ketosis.

I had my first AAM week last week and mainly ate meat and low carb veg - until yesterday when I had a roast lunch including starchy veg like carrots and potatoes. I don't know if this will have any effect on my weight loss this week, but I have gone straight back onto a shake, a bar and a soup today and feel fine - no hunger or anything. :)
