So I am halfway through day 3 and feeling fab, also had a very good day yesterday too! Could I possibly be in ketosis already? I see food around me but don't want nor need it, I have made sandwiches and dinners for the family and not even wanted a tiny nibble! Day 1 was a struggle as I felt full, sick and dizzy most of the afternoon and evening and had a major craving for quorn chicken before I went to bed lol! But nothing since....
