Hi - quick question about CD bars - can they take you out of ketosis ??
into week 4 (have had a bar every day since start of week 3) - noticed that my tummy is rumbling the last day or two - don't think I'm hungry (not sure
) - could it be that the bars have kicked me out of ketosis ?? should I stop them ??
