Hi, I bought some ketosis sticks a few days ago just out of interest really, used one and it showed mid range ketosis. Tonight i have been sooooo hungry i thought i would just check again and it only showed a very faint trace! I am confused has anyone else used these? I thought once you went on the diet after about day 3 you go into ketosis and stay in it. I am on day 16! Is this the reason i feel so hungry all the time? If anyone has any ideas or theories would love to hear them, thanks.
