Ketosis - which pink? dark or pale

When i test for Ketosis should i be a dark pink or a light? Sometimes i am really dark, am i in it if i am pale?

yesyou are in ketosis if its pale
if its dark it can signify dehydration

Thanks for posting this ... I started off very dark pink, but have recently turned to pale pink. I am drinking lots more water than before, so that explains a lot!

Hi.. yes I have just gone into pink and am elated.. will keep my eye on it though cos I don't like dark colours..

it might be darker in the morning as you've been asleep so havnt drank.. thats what happens to me anyways.. lol..

Hi Kitteh.. thanks for that info.. will do it after my coffee and water then and see what it is.... I have always drunk lots of water anyway so a bit more is no hardship.. day 4 tomorow and feeling fine up to now...
