Ketosis?

Hi i was wondering the max amount of carbs you can have in a day and still be in ketosis, if that makes sense :rolleyes:
As i want to eat fruit and veg :)

The answer i'm affraid is none! You shouldnt eat any fruit/veg on TFR diets... sorry! x
 
Lipotrim doesn't allow anything other than its shakes as food. If you want to eat fruit and veg you would do better at looking at a non total food replacement diet.

It all really depends on the individual. Lipotrim is good to give you a complete break from food and whilst in the begining it is very hard the rewards are worth it.

As for getting all the vitamins etc Lipo provides all that. I can honestly say I feel better being on this than before. I do not feel sluggish or bloated. I feel more energised in the morning and am also sleeping better at nights.

You have to find what suits you. If you try TFR I would suggest you try it for at least a month to see if it suits you.

I believe stay on or under 20mg of carbs keeps you in ketosis.
